I choose to post fermentable recipes of mostly beverages on this site for storage and sharing with others.
My tasting notes on beers are limited to my past experience drinking beer, which has been a very limited selection. As my home brewing progresses, by using different ingredients, combinations, and recipes I’ll acquire a better description of the taste.
Baking bread for many years, working with yeast and grains, to produce beverages was a natural evolution.
Can cheese, yogurt and other foods be included as well? There’s no rush what so ever.
If you choose to home brew, remember it’s your creation ,your style and method. That’s why they call it CRAFT brewing.
